Overview

My Simple Voice is a macOS application developed and distributed by My Simple Voice ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing and using the application, you agree to the following terms.

License

Your purchase grants you a perpetual, non-transferable license to use My Simple Voice on up to two (2) Mac computers that you own or control. The license includes:

• • Unlimited use of all features available at the time of purchase
• • 12 months of free updates from the date of purchase
• • Optional annual renewal at the then-current renewal price for continued updates

After your update period

If you choose not to renew, the app continues to work as-is. You keep the version you have and can use it indefinitely. You simply won't receive new features or improvements released after your update period ends.

Refund policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not satisfied with My Simple Voice for any reason, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. No questions asked.

System requirements

My Simple Voice requires macOS 14 (Sonoma) or later and an Apple Silicon Mac (M1 or newer). We recommend checking compatibility before purchase.

Restrictions

You may not redistribute, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or modify the application. Each license key is for personal use and may not be shared publicly.

Disclaimer

My Simple Voice is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free or uninterrupted. Transcription accuracy depends on audio quality, language, and other factors.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or through the application.
